                      MNP Internship Program

Are you a student/recent grad looking for a part or full time internship?
Are you in-between jobs and looking to do something significant while in transition?
Would you like to be given a chance to showcase your talents and have the chance to run with an idea or project and make it happen?
Would you like to work with a team of bright young people in a creative environment where an entrepreneurial spirit is welcomed?

MattNova Productions LLC, a video production company that produces event reels for top entrepreneurs and organizations is currently looking for an intern. A MNP internship is often described as the anti-internship. Accepted interns serving the organization arrive on day one managing big projects and effect the organization in a real way. Interns never fetch coffee or complete busy work. Each team member immediately receives a specific role in the organization and serves as an integral part in MNP's success.
The positive office culture serves as a great work environment. "We are not all business all the time. We break up the week in cool ways with TED Talk Tuesdays, Survivor Office Immunity Challenge, Casual Attire Everyday," Executive Director, Andy Nordstrum said. The intern experience at MNP expands much further than the office itself. Interns enjoy all their hard work by actually interacting and participating on set. "My internship experience was great this summer. I got to lead a project that will take place in the future, and I got to experience helping on set," Editing and Motion Graphics, Pat Pfeiffer said. Whereas the typical production employee is often just "thrown into the fire," as an intern you will be provided with ample training and given the leeway to make mistakes as it is assumed they are harmless to yourself and the company.

The benefits you will derive from this internship program are:
                      1. You get the hands on experience you can't get unless you're actually working on the job
                      2. You meet the individuals who will be responsible for hiring you should you end up working out.
                      3. You have the ability to explore a wide variety of other avenues.
                      4. You're not necessarily bound to doing one particular job.
                      5. You're encouraged to talk with other departments and ask more questions than if you were just a typical staffer.
